- Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified warming purging prescription after chemotherapy in patients with non - small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 32 patients with NSCLC after chemotherapy were in-cluded in this study. The core pathogenesis was deficiency of Yang Qi, cold coagulation and blood stasis. The main out-come measures were short - term efficacy, clinical symptom score, FACT - L score and KPS score. Results There was no significant difference in the short - term curative effect of tumor focus before and after treatment (P > 0. 05); the total score of clinical symptoms was significantly lower than before (P < 0. 01); in the lung cancer treatment function evalua-tion scale, the physiological status, functional status, lung cancer specific module score and total score were significantly increased than before treatment (P <0. 05); KPS score showed that the score after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment 01).
