- Abstract:
- Objective To discuss the harmfulness of excessive weight loss and caution the women against it so as to maintain the reproductive function at the age of childbearing. Method To cause the rats emaciated by means of lab experiment and emulate the progress of female excessive weight loss to explore the warning level due to the reproductive function damage, starting from the VEGF, Bcl - 2/ Bax of the ovaries. Result L - carnitine plus half diet and excessive exercise can cause the rats to overtly lose weight. The range of weight loss is positive correlation of the ovarys function. Serum sex hormone levels and the VEGF of ovary expression quantity dramatically decline, and the reversal is not apparent if the dietand medication is recovered. Conclusion Excessive weight loss causes the damage to female bodies, but the early recovery of diet plus Zuo Gui Pill can reverse the function of ovary to some extent.
