Objective: To explore factors affecting the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle and further determine the extraction process in line with mass production. Methods: With the content of chlorogenic acid as the index,the effects of solvent temperature、PH value、drying method and others on the extraction rate of chlorogenic
acid from honeysuckle were investigated. Results: The optimum extraction conditions for chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle were PH7,extraction temperature of 80℃, 70 ℃,- 0. 07MPa concentration,vacuum belt drying or powder drying.Conclusion: with strong controllability,the extraction process is easy,practical and suitable for large - scale production
